Lee Ann received her undergraduate degree at Wichita State University and a masters degree in Work Physiology (exercise physiology) from the University of Kansas. After growing up in Wichita, she moved to Massachusetts, where she taught at Lasell College, began a personal development business in Boston, taught Anatomy and Physiology in New England and taught martial arts, women's self defense, fitness and yoga at schools she owned in New England, and then in Phoenix. While Lee Ann worked with individuals to improve their health, she began to notice that those who were most successful at improving their physical health were the ones who were also addressing their emotional issues. This led Lee Ann to earn her life coaching certification at the Life Arts Center near Boston, MA and then study with Martha Beck (Oprah's Life Coach and bestselling author) in Phoenix, AZ and go on to work with individuals and groups in areas such as depression, anxiety, career changes, weight loss and general health, adjustment to life changes, parenting issues, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem issues and a variety of other areas. Upon returning home to Wichita, Lee Ann earned another masters degree in Social Work to expand her knowledge of therapy. Lee Ann is a member of the Phi Alpha Fraternity of Social Workers and the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
